Annual General Meeting and Elections to the Board of Directors

The Preserve Thornhill Woods Association Board of Directors is pleased to invite you to attend the Preserve Thornhill Woods Association 2015 Annual General Meeting next week. Here are the details for the meeting:

Date: Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at 8:30pm
Location: Stephen Lewis Secondary School
Address: 555 Autumn Hill Boulevard, Thornhill, ON L4J 8X2

It is important that all attendees register in advance. Please register for the meeting here.

During this meeting, we will be conducting an election for our Board of Directors. All board member positions open for election and all residents of Thornhill Woods will be able to vote. Here is a tentative list of the topics that will be discussed:

• Short update on the status of the Jaffari development application
• Quick overview of our accomplishments for 2014
• Summary of our 2015 goals
• Question and Answer session
• Election for Board of Directors
• Opportunity for the candidates to speak
• Question session for candidates
• Voting (Thornhill Woods residents only)
• Announcement of election results
