Traffic Congestion: A Video

One of the main concerns that The Preserve Thornhill Woods Association has with the proposed Jaffari development application is the considerable increase in traffic that will be caused by adding two 17 story condominium units and 61 high density town homes to Thornhill Woods.  We estimate that the new residents of the proposed Jaffari development will bring hundreds of new cars to the roads of our neighbourhood.  Now add in hundreds of extra vehicles for special events, visitors, guests, deliveries and commercial businesses and you have all the ingredients for traffic gridlock in and around the proposed development.

One of our next steps will be to hire consultants to conduct detailed traffic studies in order to prove the validity of our concerns.  These consultants are paid for through your generous donations.
