Real Estate Agents Scare Tactics

Over the last few weeks, real estate agents from the RE/MAX office at 9302 Bathurst Street have been canvassing the homes within Thornhill Woods and have been handing out the attached information sheet regarding the status of the proposed Jaffari development and its effect on home prices within our neighbourhood.

We just wanted to let everyone know that we are not affiliated with these agents and we do not endorse their opinions. We are disappointed by anyone that uses fear, uncertainty and doubt for their own personal gain.

The Preserve Thornhill Woods Association is working hard to block the proposed development project and the applicant is still a long way away from getting something, if anything approved. If these agents knock on your door, please ask them why they are scaring residents into moving out of this amazing neighbourhood. Call their head office and The Toronto Real Estate Board to complain.
